What a disappointing keynote
Certainly nothing the “everyone has been waiting for”. Nothing in iOS 6 that makes me think wow, Mountain Lion has some interesting features, but again nothing that blows my mind. The new Macbooks are cool, but not something that “everyone has been waiting for”. Bit of a let down really.

Not even a mention of Ivy Bridge processors on the Macs. No new iMac, Macbook Air or Mac Pro?
Unless I mised something – I did have to refresh a few times to keep it going?
On top of all this dissapointment England didn’t beat France!
Bubbly back in fridge and thoughts turn towards the Samsung SG3.

Had to use Engadget. It was really nice. Really fast typing and lOts of pictures. IOS6 is truly some stuff I’ve been waiting for! Siri upgrades, the MAPS APP! That passport thing seems cool. I guess I’m getting that Mac book pro thin! Il do some work on my computer and get the most expensive stuff for it! Maybe didn’t have the stuff I exactly wanted, but I can DEFINETLY live with it! Especially that cool message feature that send replies for you! Especially the one that sends a message when you leave the place your at! Can’t wait y’all!

Is this really it? I know I have not posted in a while, but I follow the site daily. However, this cant be everything. What about the rumored iPad mini, the iPhone 5 with the bigger screen. Everyone has not been waiting for a Mac Book Pro/Air. I mean…I have because after getting my first iPhone last year, I fell in love with the interface and I am in the market for a laptop/notebook (will probably go with Mac Air). But this was really a let down in my opinion. The turn by turn navi is a plus. However, I feel that the wind was taken out of my sails. Seriously, is this all? There is gotta be more, right?

No junk filter for iOS mail but Siri now tested on car steering wheels? How long will it be before we can all afford a new car with this feature?

Not happy with the keynote. Doesn’t seem like something “we’ve all been waiting for” and on top of that, no iPhone 5. The wait continues…

Thank so much, Sam, for the live-blogging you brought to all of us from San Francisco! It was very much appreciated…. even if the new iPhone 5 did not materialize.
P.S.: Not much seemed to have been said about on board cameras and sensors. What do you get out of that omission, if anything?

That’s why I don’t trust Apple when they say “the week we’ve all been waiting for”…they are obviously looking at a very different crowd of people when they say that. We (the consumer) have not been waiting for a year for that. Apple has probably been looking forward to it, and developers probably have, but the consumer that has been waiting for a new iphone for a long time now….definitely not.
On a side note, I think it’s hilarious how much everyone has been looking into the smallest details of things and thinking that it means something big….like the iOS 6 logo or this year’s WWDC logo. I think everyone is looking in the wrong places. Step back and look at the overall picture, not just a tiny piece in the puzzle.

I just read on one of the blogs that Apple’s stock fell by $12 just after Tim Cook’s keynote speech at this morning’s opening WWDC. The general public evidently is getting tired of waiting for the “new” iPhone 5. Apple had better present an absolutely astounding iPhone 5 to the public this coming Fall….

Turns out that Apple is truly retarded.
Bye bye millions of contracts that are ready to be renewed from all of the iPhone 4 contracts 2 years ago. Say hello SG3 contracts.
I am not a fool though, I will wait for the iPhone 5. Contracts are renewed when you choose to renew them. A bunch of yahoos don’t know that and they THINK that it HAS to be renewed ASAP. And Apple just lost their money on them

I like the new Macbook Pro, but I’m going to wait around for the 13″ model. I HOPE they do a 13″ model.
